About Coles Knapp
Coles Knapp was founded in 2008 by Andrew Knapp, grandson of one of the original partners in the long standing (but sadly now no more) Hereford and Ross on Wye agricultural surveying practice of Coles, Knapp and Kennedy.
Andrew, who has an Honours degree in Estate Management from Heriot Watt University, has had a long standing interest in the Environment and Sustainable Development having written his thesis on the future of Green Belts. He left his previous position as director of a Commercial Agency and set up Coles Knapp to help meet the new challenges facing the property industry from the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and the legislative move towards sustainable zero carbon new build. Always keen to adapt to the challenges of the industry Andrew has continued to expand his qualifications and knowledge base and is widely regarded as an expert in his field.
